This website sets no cookies, uses no local storage and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. If you email us from a link on this site, we receive whatever you send and keep it for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.
When your team uses log.racing, we hold the information you enter: the people on your team and their names, roles and PINs; your cars and components; sessions, replacements and tyre records. That information belongs to your team. We hold it in order to provide the service and we do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train anything.
Your team decides what is recorded and why. We act on your instructions and use that data only to provide the service to you.
Each of these processes data on our behalf and under contract. Your team’s records are held in the United Kingdom and are not transferred outside it. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your team’s records stay for as long as the account is open. If you leave, tell us and we will export everything to you. We then delete your data within 30 days of the account closing.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@promotoruk.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
